I've done battery replacement (bigger capacity) and CF adapter, I think it needed several adaptors, PATA to ZIF, Zif to Compact flash, and Compact Flash to SD- amazingly all those adapters fitted. Not sure if I had to remove or cut down the blue rubber padding. Been a while.

Would be better if SD card could be removed like modern devices that way copy to native slot on a computer, refit- rather than copy over the slow USB1/2 connection
