Surfans F20 - Rockbox installed but can no longer view as drive on PC

Hi all

Managed to get the Surfans all set up with Rockbox. And now I am trying to connect to the Rockbox Utility to install the Voice stuff and make a few tweaks - but I can't see it. The PC no longer seems to recognise the device at all when I connect via USB. Is this something fundamental and obvious I'm overlooking?
