Firmware Download link for Sansa e260 v2 Firmware 03.01.16

Hello,
I am looking for the firmware version 03.01.16 for my sansa e260 v2. All the links I have found are dead. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The reason i need it is that when attempting to load Rockbox (auto installer) it ask to have a copy of the current firmware file before it will install.

The download on the SanDisk website works for me.

Edit: Could be an https issue. If you right click save as the file do you get an error message?
