[iPod Classic A1238] Starting problems after replacement

Hello,
After some tinkering (battery replacement, hard drive replacement with iFlash Quad) I get the following message on the display:

Rockbox bootloader
Version: 1.0
Battery status ok: 3882 mV
ATA error: -2147483637

Hold MENU+SELECT to reboot
then SELECT+PLAY for disk mode

When I do what the display tells me, the first thing that appears is:

Rockbox bootloader
Version: 1.0
Battery status ok: 3882 mV

to be completed after a few seconds with the other three lines. What can I do or where is the mistake?

Storage is erroring out. Is the apple firmware working with it?

Boot the apple firmware and see if it works.

I only get the screen as I told you

I guess you mean the apple firmware doesn't boot either? Did it ever work with the adapter? If not could be something silly like a lose connector.

now I broke the power supply...
