Installation issues iPod 6g

Hello,

I have an iPod Classic A1238 and I want to install Rockbox on it. Now the Rockbox Utility asks me to press the "Select" and "Menu" buttons at the same time and then quickly release them after a message. Sounds challenging, but unfortunately I don't have either key on my Windows keyboard. Can someone help?

Now I have installed Rockbox, but the device is no longer recognized by Windows. Rockbox Utility can't find a mount point either.
The device shows:
USB Keypad Mode: Multimedia

Go to settings, disable USB HID mode. This can cause connection issues in some situations.
