How to replay an unsaved dynamic playlist?

Sometimes when I get into bed for the night I edit a dynamic playlist to listen to while I'm falling asleep, and I almost always fall asleep before the playlist finishes playing.  If I wake up later in the night and want to restart the same edited playlist playing again, is there a way I can do that without having to first redo the same edit, other than saving the playlist as a file when I first edit it?  I assume the unsaved edited dynamic playlist still exists somewhere because if I choose something else to play I get the "Erase dynamic playlist?" query.  But I can't find any way to view and replay it.
