How to return to the normal iPod os?

Hello, is there a way to return back to the normal iPod system after downloading RockBox? maybe through a button combination of somesorts?

Err ... you don't want to do that. That hard-resets the Ipod, and you want to avoid that unless the Ipod is stuck. Follow the steps as described in the manual:https://download.rockbox.org/daily/manual/rockbox-ipodcolor/rockbox-buildch3.html#x5-290003.1.3
