Getting mpeg-2 files on my iPod

Hi! I'm AHumanIBelieve, and I've literally just started using rockbox on my old iPod 5th gen.

I was wondering, how would I go about add video files? I added the mpeg-2 file to my file system, in a folder called movies:
File Structure: F:/Movies/Video.ts
I couldn't even see the file on my file system. The movies folder exists, but there is nothing inside it. It's formatted as a 'MPEG-2 TS File', which I think the Mpeg player accepts. What have I done wrong?

Sorry - ignore this. I had the 'view files' setting set to 'supported', I had to change it to 'all'
