Ipod rockbox skipping

Hi,

I got an Ipod Classic last gen and a Video 5.5g
both modified with a quad flash SSD and the same capacity MicroSd cards
and a 3000mA battery

The Classic is working just fine but the 5.5g is skipping on certains tracks
always the same,

Anybody would have any experience with this ?
