Theme Uploader now supports larger files

Hi folks!

I pushed a couple of changes recently to the theme site uploader centered around increasing some of the default limits to levels closer to what some people have been doing with themes. (thanks to Speachy for help merging and fixing some issues)

The first is increasing the maximum number of files allowed from 100, up to 150. This should allow themes to have more individual image files.

The second has been focused on bringing themes with custom CJK fonts onto the theme site. The maximum allowed filesize of themes has been increased from 1mb zipped and 5mb unzipped, to 16mb zipped and 40mb unzipped. These numbers were picked around a theme having four different font files that support Latin, Cyrillic and CJK characters. Language support has been one of the biggest requests I've gotten for my own themes, and this change should hopefully encourage more themes to be uploaded supporting these large character sets.

In the coming month I will be putting together some documentation and guides on creating your own CJK-supporting fonts.

I should point out that one of the reasons for the old limits was to encourage folks to contribute fonts to the shared rockbox font package, so we don't need to bundle the same fonts across multiple themes.
