MA045G/A, Griffin Airclick Remote (Dock Connector), add to Wiki

Apologies if this isn’t formatted correctly, but I’ll just base it off of the “bug report” formating-

The Airclick is a bit odd though. Because of the shortcuts in Rockbox, two clicks of the pause button (at least with the delay of button presses), causes accidental hold shortcuts. But other than that- they both work well.
