Sansa e280 not seeing anything bigger then 16gb SDCard

That says it all. I've 4 e280's wit various builds on them, I'm with 3.15 right now and not ONE can see anything bigger than a 32gb sdcard.

I'm an completely stumped. Formatted exfat/fat32/NTFS all the same, oddly when plugged into the computer, I can see anything I pop into it.

ANY ideas?
