ZEN X-Fi stuck in bootloader

Hello to all,
I hope you can help me.
I tried the procedure to install Rock Box but after deleting the firmware I was unable to install the bootloader.
Now I would like to go back to the original firmware but when I open the ZENXFI_PCFW_L22_1_04_08 file it says that there is no device connected
Now what can I do?

Try this:-
1 Hold Play while powering on
2 Select Format All
