Sansa E200V2 Questions (maybe one stupid)

2 questions:  1.  Does someone have a link to the Sansa E200V2 firmware?  2.  If not, I'm trying to load Rockbox on a second E200V2.  I have a E280V2 I loaded Rockbox on tears ago.  Would it work just to copy all the files from one to the other?  Thank you.
