Problam installing latest Rockbox build unto iPod 6

Rockbox Utility shows drive H: for my iPod 6, which is what iTunes identifies it as. However File Explorer and Total Commander do not show i have an H: drive. Rockbox Utility has all the info grayed out. I can do nothing. I can't install Rockbox. How to fix this? I'm doing this under Windows 10, if that matters. Rockbox Utility correctly identifies it as iPod 6 and mount point as being the H: drive.

Does the drive have any letter at all in Windows explorer?  It will need to be mounted in Windows before you can install anything on it.
