Displaying track title instead of filenames for playlists

I'm using iPod/iTunes to Rockbox Playlist Converter. How do I install the FS#7652 patch? https://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/7652
Or is there some other way to display track titles instead of filenames for playlists? Thanks
