Need suggestion to build "mktccboot.exe" and download Cowon D2 firmware

I follow this installation guide https://download.rockbox.org/daily/manual/rockbox-cowond2/rockbox-buildch2.html#x4-60002 but:
- I don't know how to build mktccboot.exe on Windows computer https://github.com/Rockbox/rockbox/tree/master/utils/mktccboot. Please could you give me suggestion to build mktccboot.exe and can be run on Windows computer?
- I need Cowon D2 firmware which are D2N.bin and D2N-patched.bin but I don't know how to find them. I would be glad if you could give me a link to download them.

I think the current rockbox utility can install it, although you might need to google for a mirror for the ancient D2 OF bin file.
