No Volume Controls with Bluetooth Adapter

Rockbox's slider and all of its sound settings won't work at all. My headphones didn't come with built-in volume controls so I can't adjust it there either. Latest install utility for macOS.

Does your Bluetooth adapter have volume control? How is it connected to the device?
