Hello everyone,
apart Sandisk players, are there other -recent- players than offer an external micro sd port ?

Almost all newer ones do. Mostly they don't even come with (accessible) internal storage, but rely on a sd card being present.
Examples:
Agptek: Rocker (aka Benjie T6)
AIGO: Eros Q / K (aka HIFI WALKER H2, AGPTek H3, and Surfans F20)
xDuoo: X3, X3ii
