How do I de-Rockbox my H10 5/6GB without DB update pains?

Rockbox was fine until I forgot how to push enough buttons in the right order; and it runs really slow!
I forgot. 
So, how do I put this back to easy and fast Iriver and make that work right?

Are you asking how to uninstall? I think there should be directions in the manual, although I'm not familiar with the H10.

After uninstall then only errors on-screen such as DB-Update (no playing music that way).  Ah, halp!

Sorry guys.  I got old, and this thing did too.  After a couple of times though the wash, the uppy/downy-slidey panel on front cannot be controlled by Rockbox, but the factory firmware can work that. . . except for db update error?  Halp!
