[REQUEST] Theme Editor

Hi guys.

I need to try Theme Editor (https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/ThemeEditor)
But i couldn't find any compiled (for Windows) link alive.

Does anybody have Theme Editor for Windows binaries?

The folder linked in this post https://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/topic,53588.0.html also has Theme Editor binaries.
Also, I've played around with Github Actions recently. You can find the Theme Editor as part of the "RockboxUtils" arction here: https://github.com/bluebrother/rockbox/actions/workflows/utils.yml Note that Github requires you to be logged in to download the files (there are basically no changes compared to the files in Google Drive, the only updates the Theme Editor got recently were build fixes.)
