Toshiba Gigabeat revival - system files needed

Hello fellow Roxboxers,
I’m attempting to fix the hard drive in a Toshiba Gigabeat F20 by replacing it with a CF card, using an adaptor, but according to this link https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/CFModGuide I need to have the system files to copy onto the CF card. I wondered if anyone here would mind sharing them with me. I’m a newbie at this so may need some help with it. If anyone can also share with me the Gigabeat room software it would be much appreciated. Thanks for any help you can offer.
