Anyone, please help me sharing the Original FW. for my Gigabeat Mev30k, which I need to restore and update its FW.

Due to all links I found dead.

The MEV, is this original firmware? I sent the nk.bin by beastpatcher into my gigabeat successfully, but then reboot on Window loading and stuck there.

These are the US firmware updaters, which Toshiba used to have on their website (looks like not anymore).

Pretty sure for both the V and S series, I've used these EXE's to do a clean installation ie if I had put in a new HDD on either of them.   My V series is long dead now, and the only S I have is also in pieces but again pretty sure these worked years back, for me.

Btw, not sure if these work on Windows 10 and/or 64-bit.   Might be for older OS's  / 32-bit only.

Enter a Toshiba website like toshiba.com in http://web.archive.org/ and browse back to like 2006/2007 when a firmware could have been released. Usually there is a support or download section and if you are lucky, the firmware file is cached and downloadable.

But the files from burkjavier look fine, so it might work with a Windows XP machine.

Well, at least they're up front about it. 

Wayback Machine btw can be a big help for smaller binaries like these - grabbed many an old binary this way.  But the two binaries I uploaded I believe are from 2009 timeframe and the last updates Toshiba offered.  For US players I've definitely used them for HDD rebuilds on the V and S series....just not via Windows 10 / 64-bit, no idea if that OS would actually work or not.
