Having issues with cygwin

I'm trying to compile convttf.c. I followed all the instructions, but I couldn't get cygwin to compile it because libfreetype2 and other packages are missing from the installer and without them I can't compile convttf. I've also tried using an already compiled version, but it also throws an error 0xc000007b. If you know how to compile it or run it, please tell me.

I would also be interested. Having lots of issues getting the right packages installed for cygwin.

I managed to get convttf.exe to work on the 32 bit version of cygwin.
