iPod Classic 6g install with OS X

Please do excuse my relative tech incompetence... Has anyone been able to install rockbox on a 6th gen iPod (2009) using OS X? I'm on Mojave 10.14.6 and have come across user bluebrother's OS binary ( https://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/topic,53340.msg246259.html#msg246259 ), but I have nooo idea how to go about installing from the google drive folder they shared, or if that would even run on my machine.

....Help please?
