Totally stuck

Help - I had my iPod Classic 7th Gen 160gb upgraded to a digital memory by ipodrepairs.co.uk. They recommended Rockbox so I downloaded to system onto the aforementioned iPod. I couldn't get anything to work or load so decided to delete and return to iTunes. Oh dear, it seemed to go well but all I get now is the message shown in the photo.

I'm clearly not smart enough for Rockbox so can someone please tell me how to get back to iTunes?

The message is telling you that the battery is very low. So plug in your iPod and let it charge for a few hours. Then reboot it by holding menu and select (top and middle) until it turns off. Then quickly turn on the hold switch. It will restart in the Apple firmware.
