Re theme "Alt2p tuned to perfection" by B Mercer

I'm absolutely the last person who could possibly object to a theme based on one of mine (in this case, half-mine), given I know I'm a bit obsessed with converting and repairing other people's themes (it's just because it bugs me that many of them have nicely-done graphics or good ideas that are going to waste because the syntax has become obsolete/broken or they are only for little-used players).  So I have no objection on that score.

But the theme in the subject line has the problem that it keeps the same name for the files as the one it is based on, so will over-write them.  Can I request that the author reupload it with the file names changed to Alt3 or something?
