Rockbox Radio Simulator?

I had a crazy thought while playing GTA and listening to the radio. Would it be possible to make some sort of plugin that inserts DJ drops and little dialogues here and there kinda like GTA radio stations?  Yeah you could put the DJ drop audios into your library and play it on shuffle, but depending on how many songs you have it may not be feasible. Plus sometimes a DJ will talk over the beginning or end of a song and lower the music volume. Probably pie in the sky I'm sure lol but what do you guys think?
