Will Rockbox ever be available for Sony NW-A55l?

I know there's a build for the NW-A20 which is the same family but does anyone know if there are plans to update?

Is that an android, linux or something else player? Do you know what SOC it uses? That determines how hard it is for someone to add support.

Not sure, I know it's not Android as that's the A100 line, it's a development of the A20/30/40 line which I think are Linux so I'd assume it's built on the same base.
