XDuoo X3 Installation?

How Do I install Rockbox on the XDuoo X3? I did the XVortex manual installation years ago but can't see a bootloader here and there's no manual to read yet. Am I better sticking with XVortex until it gets a proper release here?

We don't have the ability to regenerate the boot image -- so my advice is to use the XVortex bootloader, and then you can use the daily X3 builds.

(I use an X3 nearly every day, FWIW)

The Rockbox Utility now has support for the xDuoo X3.

do use rockbox untlity, do i download the latest git and follow instructions?

wondering if i get one of the last x3 for £58 on ebay with a discount offer.... always wanted a dap with support for 2x micro sd cards
