xDuoo X3 not in RB Utility config

Hi there,

I saw on this (https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/TargetStatus) page that the Utility Tool is now supporting the xDuoo X3.

As I use mine with a RB installation from 2017 I thought cool, lets update that.
But when first starting the Utility Tool and having to configure the connected device there is no X3 to select and not even an xDuoo manufacturer to choose.

Did I do something wrong? I read the Graphic installtion manuall but that didnt really help, as I cant complete step 2 of it.

Can someone help me getting this done or pointing me in the right direction?
