Sansa Fuze+ is completely dead after trying to watch large video

I was tinkering and had the idea to attempt to watch a large video on my newly acquired Sansa Fuze+. The video was 1:55:00 and was a bit over 700 megabytes. The first time I tried playing it, the player completely crashed. I held power and it turned back on. Then I tried playing it again. I held power and it turned back on. Then I tried playing it again. I held power. Nothing. I tried booting into OF. Nothing. I plugged it into my computer and nothing happens. Device Manager doesn't even refresh.
I am out of ideas and don't know what to do now.
Operating System: Windows 10
Device: Sandisk Sansa Fuze+ 4GB (The video was played off a 64GB Samsung microSD card)

If the player is frozen, you need to reboot it before you can use things like USB, recovery mode, etc. I think holding power for 20+ seconds will force a reboot, but if not you might actually have to wait for the battery to drain.

I held the power button for a little over a minute. I plugged it into a battery pack with lights that indicate power is being drawn and they aren't blinking. I'm starting to think it is completely dead. How a video caused that (if it did) I have no idea. I still have hope though.

I got impatient and just ripped the red wire off the board. It turns on now! Now all I need to do is get the red wire back on the board...

I soldered the red wire back onto the board and my Fuze+ is working fine again. Yay!

Shorting out the battery terminals on the board for a very short moment would have done the trick as well (Fuze+ battery is protected so it will not be damaged).
