Author Topic: Rockbox not installing on Sansa Clip V1 (SOLVED) (Read 780 times)

I've been working on this for a couple of hours. I installed everything successfully on my Sansa Clip, but instead of showing "firmware updating" when I disconnect my player, it shows "updating your media".
I also tried just installing a different clean installation of the Clip firmware just to see and it didn't update either. Thoughts? Thanks.

Are you sure you have a clipv1? Using the wrong bootloader will cause that.

Pretty sure. It says V01.02.17A on the player itself, and it doesn't work if I try to install the V2 bootloader.

You have a Clip+, not a Clip V1.
