Sleep Timer and Idle Poweroff options

I have always had the Idle Poweroff option set at 10 minutes.  Today I set a Sleep Timer for 60 minutes.  Is it expected behaviour that this stops the Idle Poweroff from kicking in?

Not a biggy but did take me by surprise when it didn't turn off while on Pause for over 10 minutes  like it usually would have done.
