clip zip, problem since installing 3.15

since installing 3.15, 2 or 3 weeks ago, every audiobook I play plays normally thru the playlist, then after the last item on the list it starts playing some apparently random item from the playlist. worse, the display shows the wrong x of y identifer of the item being played.

Before I go back to 3.14, is this a known issue, and if so can I work around  it?

also, I cannot use the latest installer because it won't run on Centos-7, so I installed with the previous version. Problem doing that?
