Haxx will stop hosting most Rockbox services after 2020

www.rockbox.org, download.rockbox.org, build.rockbox.org, and buildmaster.rockbox.org will be migrating to their new home starting on May 16th at 23:00 CET (ie 4pm Eastern US time).

There are a lot of moving parts, so full services will not be available for at least a couple of hours.  Coordination and communication during this effort will take place in #rockbox-communiity on freenode.

This is finally complete, and all known issues have been resolved.  Please let me know if anything is broken!

Heads-up:  the forums are now running under https.  Holler if anything broke.

FYI, git and gerrit services will be migrating to their new host on May 27th starting at ~21:00 CET (15:00 Eeastern US).  Which is about 4 hours from my writing this.

Downtime should be minimal, likely limited to the DNS propogation delay of ~2 hours.  I expect the new site to be fully operational in under 30 minutes.

Not a lot of advance notice but this should only affect [semi-]active developers.
