Equalizer settings

I need help setting up the equalizer settings on rockbox, im trying to replicate the equalizer settings i use.


When i customize the settings to try to match the above equalizer settings from windows it ends up with sound breaking up. Im modifying the db option if that helps?

If you apply too much gain you will get distortion (clipping).  Apply some pre-cut to avoid this.

ive spent hours messing around with equalizer settings, can anyone help with recreating the above settings from windows media player or provide a .cfg file?

edit: im using Fiio M3k if that helps
