Trouble Verifying Theme

I'm having trouble verifying a theme upload.

The theme site says "Your theme was successfully uploaded. You will recieve a mail with a confirmation link that you need to visit before your theme will be accepted."

The problem is that I'm not getting the email, even after waiting two days.

When I tried to re-upload the site says "theme already exists, do you want to upload a new version?"
so the theme seems to be successfully uploaded.

I've uploaded a theme once before for the iPod nano 2, and had no problems with that one.
This theme is a port from iPod nano 2 to iPod video, I used the same email, and author name as the one for the iPod nano 2 (which worked before but doesn't work now).

Check spam/junk mail folder?

Have you tried just saying 'yes' you do want to replace it, then uploading again?

Also, is it at all possible you had a typo in filling in your email address?

This happened to me once, but it was so many uploaded themes ago I can't remember what the issue or solution was!  Perhaps the upload functionality just stops working at their end sometimes?

Yep, yep and nope

I even dug out the verification for my previous theme to make sure it was the same email and checked the stats of the theme, but it doesn't seem to be sending me the mail even though it says theme was successfully uploaded. I tried about 5 times so far

Maybe i could try windows and a different email but last time I tried that it said the theme already exists with no option to update. I probably need to give it a new name in order to do that

Have you tried giving it a new name?

I uploaded a few themes recently and for one the confirmation email didn't arrive till almost a day later (and in the meantime had successfully uploaded it again anyway).

Indeed i did, just tried another name with aanother email.. This time outlook.

It seems it worked, Rockbox website doesn't seem to like icloud email...
