Does it mount correctly in Disk Mode? If not, try a different cable.

Did it successfully install a bootloader? If it did, you could manually copy over a dev build and it should work.

Looks like it did, just download http://build.rockbox.org/data/rockbox-ipod6g.zip and extract it to your ipod in disk mode, it should then boot into rockbox afterwards.

No, you just reboot it, the .rockbox folder is the entire installation
it should go straight into Rockbox after rebooting, then you can use the utility to generate voice/install more themes/etc

Did it not work after extracting .rockbox onto it? That should be all you need to do in order to get rockbox to boot.

I don't understand the entire process..
I put .rockbox folder in the root of ipod then press menu and select for 10 seconds for reboot ipod?

and then i use rockbox utility for themes etc without mark bootloader and rockbox tab but only fonts and themes?

Sorry for my poor english

Rockbox Utility is supposed to copy .rockbox for you, but for whatever reason, it's not working.
Copying it manually then rebooting should make everything work again, once it turns on you should see Rockbox.
From there, everything should work and you can use it to play music.
However, if you want themes, you can use Rockbox Utility to install them, just untick everything except for "Themes" and "Fonts"

ok now i understand!
But there is a problem.. after the non installation (99%) i can't reboot and the only way to switch on is  use recovery mode in iTunes.  recovery mode initialise ipod resetting all file inside

and my pc don't recognize ipod and tell me to format

Ok, try this, I think it might be installing things in the wrong order and causing a problem.
1. Reset with iTunes to default
2. Enable "Disk Access" in iTunes
3. Use Rockbox Utility to install everything except the bootloader
4. Use Rockbox Utility again to install only the bootloader
