Can't install using utility 1.4.1

You wont need it if those 4 steps work, Rockbox Utility downloads it for you.

Edit:
If those 4 steps do not work, attempt these;
1. Restore using iTunes, again
2. Enable Disk Access
3. Extract .rockbox from that zip file to it
4. Install the bootloader, then reboot
5. Install everything else
