How to enter the DFU mode for ipod 3rd gen?

You mean disk mode?  I think on the 3rd gen it is center and menu while booting, but check online if that doesn't work.

Yes，Disk mode.
I got it.
Press and hold menu and play button, release and hold pre and next button when you see the black display.

BTM ipod 3rd gen is too old...
