Create new.rock for the build

Is there any tutorial on creating a .rock file to be later added to the build?

Funny thing if i compile the simulator in linux it all works fine plugins and all , with that line modified . But when i compile rockbox for the ipod and zip it ... something wierd is happening  .like i said it doesnt work ... and after all this trouble the plugin does not behave , so the folder order is .rockbox/rocks/apps ..... in there i have rrnamed clock.rock to autorun.rock and it does not work ..... do i have to create a folder named apps inside .rockbox and copy the plugin inside (Im using the .rockbox created by the simulator from  folder simdisk )

Can you clarify this bit?  You aren't taking files from the simulator build and loading them onto your iPod, are you?
