Recommended Battery for iRiver H320?

Any H320's moders out there that have any experience with a replacement battery? I'm in desperate need of one and would appreciate a rec. Thanks!

The top recommendation for replacement batteries for the iriver H100 and H300 series has usually been Cameron Sino batteries, which also are usually of higher capacity than the stock batteries.

They still show up on eBay if you do a search for "Cameron Sino iriver battery" or even just "H300 battery".

Thank you but may I ask if those batteries are still in production? I assume they've been sitting unused on a shelf for years...

That I can't answer for certain. All I know is that I purchased one about 3 months ago for my H320 to replace its totally slaughtered battery, and as of so far, my battery bench tests have been averaging around 18-20 hours of use from one charge. I can't tell you if it was new old stock or not, however.

Just check the dimensions of original one then try to find something similar (Ebay, Aliexpress, local stores) - soldering iron is your friend, so you can just place connection cable of original battery to the new one's contacts.

This isn't necessary. I've already mentioned that searching on eBay will bring up replacement H100/H300 batteries, with the needed connector and all.

Still there is a question about how old these batteries are. Also there is a way to place a higher capacity battery, but it's another story about cf-mods (installing it instead of hdd brings some additional space inside).
