How much max. size of Micro SD Card Rockbox supports ?

Correct me if I am wrong but afaik FAT32 max partition size is 2TB. So without doing more then one particion this would be your limit. I upgraded my Sansa Clip Zip on a 512 GB microSDXC Samsung Evo Plus (Formated with fat32format - ridgecrop). Filled a bit more then 400GB. Now everything works like a charm and I am happy with my setup.  8)

exFAT is open source, supported by most major OSes, and can theoretically support up to 128PB volumes.

Maybe a switch-over is in order?
