I inserted an 8gb sd card formatting it in fat32 and everything works fine. So the problem is that a 256gb sd card cannot be used because the software that was suggested to me to format in fat32 does not work and windows 10 does not support fat32 format for 256gb. If anyone knows another method to format the 256gb sd card in fat32 is welcome, otherwise if anyone knows other solutions ... Thanks
I start rockbox via jztool bootloader, all OK (playing music, navigation of folders, settings) when I shutdown M3K and restart with power button, the player boots in OF (Every Time). Where is my fault?

ThanksThe Fiio firmware can format SD cards if you go to System Settings > Format. That might be worth trying if you haven't done so already. I'm successfully using a 256GB SanDisk card in the M3K without issues, but I format my SD cards from Linux.I don't understand why you'd have this error: "the file ... is too large for the target file system". Normally that means you're trying to copy a large file which is bigger than 2 gigabytes. Just to be clear I do not mean the combined size of all the files, I mean one single file which is bigger than 2 GB.Does this problem only happen when using USB from Rockbox? Does it still happen if you use USB under the original Fiio firmware, or if you use a USB card reader directly with your computer?
while if i transfer files by connecting the fiio player via usb, compare the error message: insert a disk in the 'usb drive
I've been working on porting jztool to JavaScript using WebUSB, so that the bootloader can be installed from a web browser. As a bonus, this should allow installation from Windows without having to deal with drivers, as well as from ChromeOS and Android devices.I still need to polish up the port (JavaScript is not my main language), but it seems to work reliably for me. It shouldn't be hard to add support for other players as jztool does.Hopefully this proves helpful!
