Alternative Playlist Management Software(Other than Itunes?)

Hey folks,

Brand new here. Just got my Classic Ipod out of the shop with an SSD upgrade to 512 gigs. And I have a couple of questions. They say I have to use Rockbox(which is now installed on my Ipod).  I used to use Itunes to manage my playlists. The shop tells me that I can no longer use Itunes to manage my playlists and to go onto the Rockbox forum and find a "playlist management software" in order to manage my already created playlists. Is this true? Can anyone help me out?  I don't know the first thing about this kinda stuff. I'd much appreciate it.
