Needing to Always reboot when starting for device to work propery Ipod Classic 6

Sorry if this has  question has already been presented.
I have recently modded a 6gen 160gb Ipod Classic with 764GB and Rockbox, and installed a number of themes, But I choose to use the "Light Rays" theme.

my problem I'm experiencing is that when I boot, often there will be a small lag, or sometimes even freeze, and when I choose folders, there will either; show no files, show a few files, show files from different folders that are not supposed to be in the chosen folder. or all the files but will freeze once selected.

So In order to play I will have to reboot, usually a few times before it's working properly. I don't mind having to reboot, but, it does become an annoyance when I'd like to resume my playing after my device shuts down from being paused or inactivity.

I wonder if this can be caused by the current theme I am using? or having too many themes within my device and it's getting errors by loading similar but incorrect files? I am going to remove all the themes I don't use,

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so what can I do?
