Sansa Fuze+ charging to only 94%

why is the max battery level on the fuze plus only 94% its canot reach 100% like my clip zip do

IIRC the fuze+ has a timeout on the battery charge my fuze+ reaches 100% but then drops after
 the timeout since it is still on.. That is probably what you are seeing.
Beyond that are you charging with a low wattage usb like from the pc or flaky usb cable?
