Can't transfer all my files

I have rockbox installed on a 6th gen iPod with a iflash quad drive and 280gb of storage capacity. I have around 200gb of songs I'm trying to load onto my device - songs filed in artist and then album folders, but I can only transfer around 60gb of song data onto my device. I've re-set the MAX ENTRIES IN FILE BROWSER TO 10,000 but still having problems.

Is it not possible to load around 20,000 songs in Artist and album folders due to this 10,000 file limit, or is there something I can do to be able to load all my files??

I really loving Rockbox but I'm new at all this so any help would be greatly appreciated!!
