Fast Forwarding with Rock Box on iPod Classic 6/6.5/7th Gen

I'm dealing with what I what I wouldn't call an issue but a pet peeve is that in a normal iPod, you could double press the center button to scroll right/left to fast-forward or rewind songs but Rock Box doesn't have that ability. Does anybody have a solution to this?
